These terms govern your use of skdul ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using skdul, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the service.

What skdul does

skdul is a scheduling tool that lets you create booking pages, set your availability, and let others book time with you. We also provide AI features to help you schedule smarter.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use skdul.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use skdul for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Send spam, phishing, or misleading content through booking pages.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
  • Abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other users (e.g., automated scraping, excessive API calls).

Your data & intellectual property

You own your data. The events, booking pages, and content you create on skdul belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Service availability

skdul is an early-stage product. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues. We'll do our best to communicate planned outages in advance.

Free & paid plans

skdul offers a free plan and may offer paid plans in the future. We reserve the right to change pricing, but we'll always give you notice before any changes affect your account.

Limitation of liability

skdul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes missed meetings, scheduling errors, or any business losses.

Termination

You can stop using skdul at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as skdul evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of skdul after changes means you accept the updated terms.
